After working as a High School Math teacher in the UK for 10+ years, I moved to the USA 11 years ago with my family. I volunteered extensively in the Kalamazoo Community and became familiar with many local non-profits. I first started with FDSF as a volunteer, then worked as the Program Coordinator for 2 distributions before becoming Executive Director in January 2022.

Jessica joined the staff at Athletic Mentors with over 15 years of experience in the Corporate Wellness industry. She has a degree in Exercise Science and Psychology and has worked with a very diverse population. Her experience ranges from biometric health testing to workplace ergonomics and exercise prescription. Ultimately her main goal is to help individuals achieve health and success with their personal goals.
